Cancellation Policy

1. Lesson Location The client is responsible for providing a safe and adequate space for instruction. The space must: - Be free of hazards - Have a flat, stable surface - Provide sufficient room for movement **Classes can be outside as long as they follow these guidelines** 2. Travel and Location Access Client must provide accurate address and details in regards to accessing the lesson location. If access is delayed into instructional time, lesson may be shortened. Client may be subjected to an additional travel free for travel outside of North County San Diego areas. 3. Supervision Requirement A parent or guardian must present on the premises during the duration of the lesson. The instructor is not responsible for supervision outside of instructional time. 4. Cancellations Tuition is non-refundable. Free rescheduling with cancellations in a 24 hour prior to location. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. Contact instructor directly through phone or email for rescheduling. 5. Safety and Injury Participation in ballet lessons involved inherent physical risk. By enrolling, parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with physical activity. Ciel Petite Ballet is not responsible for injuries resulting from - Pre-existing medical conditions - Failure to disclose medical information - Improper footwear or attire - Unsafe dance conditions 6. Professional Boundaries Ciel Petite Ballet maintains professional standards at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund 7. Policy Modifications Ciel Petite Ballet reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to maintain safety, professionalism, and program integrity.
